Fate of Deers in Garden State(NJ)

I had been travelling the I-78 Corridor for a year now in NewJersey ever since I moved to Bridgewater. NewJersey being known for its green and the presence of deers in abundance. However it is very pathetic to see so many deers killed and the carcass lying on the roadside. Every living being whether it is a human or a pet, its remains need to be given a proper last rites (a decent burial). It is onething that it is not pleasant to see the dead deers on the roadside; the other thing is not giving due respect to one of the living being.

This is a nice idea of deer repellants.., http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2008/07/essex_installing_roadside_alar.html

Cellphone in water

Recently, I dropped my cellphone in water. A friend of mine mentioned that if you bury (or cover) the cellphone in rice, rice will absorb all moisture. Last time around, I immediaely switched it off, removed the battery, cleaned and put it in an oven overnight with just the light on and without switching on the oven. I did it this time for an hour and turned it on. Even though the keypad lit up, the screen was bluish green as if somebody punched it. Thus I put it in my rice drum and covered the cell all around with rice. Came back after four hours- Voila! there you go- I got my cell phone back and working.

Good Luck to everyone.
