Communists O! I love thee

Being a political junkie, I wondered how come communists rule West Bengal for so long. I have read and also accept that Communists have the most rare breed of politicians who are not corrupt. See Nallakkannu.

Now, I understand why communists rule so long! Its the ability of the political leadership to accept reality, accept mistakes and make corrective measures. We can only dream of such leadership in Tamil Nadu.

Indian Realestate

With all the other cities already saturated w.r.t to the real estate market, Chennai being at its top still, I'm not sure how far this story will hold.
