That one is a terrorism event while the other is a financial storm doesn't mean they are two disparate events with nothing in common. Though both are events in two different worlds at the heart of it they

• Hit the rich & famous
• Hit the ones that were under the illusion that they are totally safe
• Broke the trust in the regulators & enforcement agencies in the respective worlds
• Broke the basic trust in humanity

Both leads us to wonder Why? What is the reason behind? What did they achieve? These are questions that we may or may not have an answer.
