Yes, this is the holy grail - a way to smoothen out the difficulties and create efficiencies in the $2.6 trillion real estate market.
To give you a peek into what this is all about Make-Me-Move. A house owner could put a price on his / her house even though the person is not ready to sell it. Another interested party could search for such houses and make a counter offer (what price would make him / her move into that house). By doing this it creates a bunch of quotes like realtime stock-quotes ( not happening right now - but has the potential).
